The street was covered. The yards … not so much.

Oh, how we love snow in Arkansas. Yeah, I couldn’t really say that with a straight face, though I don’t know that what we got Friday really qualifies … especially since in my area we tend to get a layer of ice, then snow … and then more ice once it melts and refreezes. Tons of fun to walk on.

There’s stuff out there, Mom. You should stay in here with me and not go to work.

Luke spent at least the first part of the day staring out the window. I can only imagine what he was thinking … other than “Gee, I’m glad I’m an inside cat and don’t have to freeze my fuzzy tuchis off out there.”)
