I’m still battling back (don’t get anemia, kids; it’s no fun), so this will be another short one. Today, however, is National Tortilla Chip Day … yep, really. Funny that it follows my mom’s birthday, which of course is far more important.

Tortilla chips are good. They’re just not Mom. But Mom isn’t good with cheese sauce, so …

But they do stick around long enough to be crumbs you can’t really do anything with (nope, not making fish or chicken with them, and you can’t make me).

This has nothing to do with tortilla chips, but I like Mumford & Sons, and this is the second release from their newest album, Delta. Seems like a good time to heat up some nachos, sit back, and enjoy.
