Sunday celebrations

The theory is that Kevin was pinching me, but I wouldn’t doubt that he took my cake.

I may have mentioned before that January is a big birthday month in my family, as all my brothers and I were born in January (I came two weeks early, spoiling my mom’s plans to have a kid in each week), and my paternal grandma was also born in January. To add to that, many of my friends and co-workers were born this month. This week is an especially full one, with my niece’s birthday today, mine (and my birthday buddies Sarah and John) tomorrow, and my oldest brother’s (my niece’s dad) on Tuesday, plus my pal John Deering’s on Wednesday.

Red Velvet cake all around! Scratch that … the Red Velvet’s mine. You guys can have the rest.

It’s all about the cake. That’s what I’m saying!

Why? Is it because I peed on the cat?

C’mon, pup. The cat will show you how it’s done. And then he’ll pee on you.

For me? Thank you! Now, leave me alone with this. That’s right. Turn away.

We were told there would be squirrels here. Squirrels. Not girls.

We warned them about that hat …

That’s why I recommend staying 6 forever.

On the bright side, no one’s here to irritate you.

I don’t do the party. Just the cake. Lots of cake.

  1. Red Velvet Cake for you and we can have the other cakes? Even the chocolate cake? I will be glad to volunteer to eat the chocolate cake.
