Sorry, I’m taking the day off from posting. I had a car accident on the way home yesterday, and though I’m mostly fine, Izzy (my car) is not. I’m a little freaked out at the moment and in no state of mind to try to be jolly. I’ll be back at it later this week, hopefully with good news about my car.
Sorry to hear about your accident. Glad you’re okay and hope Izzy will regain good health: quickly, fully, and inexpensively.

Let’s hope. I can’t afford to buy a car.

Glad you are taking care of yourself. 🤗🙏.
Jolly can be difficult when these things suddenly come to us. Keeping you in loving prayer. Kitty cuddling helps 🐈⬛🐱🤗🤗.

Thanks, Sheryl! Sarah brought me back to her house, so I have access to Charlie.

So sorry to hear about the accident, but glad to hear you are basically OK. This year saw our granddaughter (21) survive two accidents, in one of which she was rear-ended. She was not seriously injured because she was belted in. The strap left a red bruise in the neck area, but that was all. Seat belts work.

Thanks, Jim. I’m sore, but no bruises have appeared yet that I’ve seen. Mostly I’m really unsettled and crying. Thankfully I had on my seat belt; the airbags didn’t deploy, though, and neither did OnStar.
I’m glad your granddaughter made it through ok.

Yikes! So glad you weren’t seriously injured. What a lousy thing to have happen, especially during the holidays.

Thanks! I’ve had four very large expenses this year, so if I have to buy a car, I don’t know what I’ll do.

A car accident, unlike breaking other “things” in our lives, can destabilize us and shake us to the core if we let it. While even minor car accidents can distress us, furball cuddles help, so I’m relieved to hear you have access to some. Despite the accident’s “repurcussions,” they, too, shall pass. Just remember to breathe.
