Many years ago, I remember seeing some comedy program from Great Britain which had the following funny sketch. A doctor is examining a nicely dressed (obviously custom made, fancy suit and tie), distinguished looking man. The doctor shines a light into the man’s right ear and the light goes all of the way through the man’s head without hitting anything inside the man’s head and then the light shines out of the left ear. The doctor turns off the light and says, “Thank you Mr. Prime Minister. Your annual physical exam is finished.”
