A new month has begun, and in Arkansas, that means a lot of heat, which is why there’s no music festival called August in Arkansas. Who would want to listen to music when you’re boiling in your own sweat?
But sweat does attract something that can make you feel better: butterflies. Sure you may stink a bit and be glistening with perspiration, but they don’t care. Just don’t think about why they like you so much.

Butterflies are one of my great joys. If I can’t feel better after seeing them, there’s something really wrong.
Of course, there is something wrong, and we need to make sure our pollinators (bees and butterflies) are around to make sure it’s corrected.

I don’t like performing outside in the summertime either whether or not any butterflies come to listen to us. Yes I am speaking from the greatest teacher of all–known as experience. I much prefer to be inside an air conditioned building.
