Sometimes you have to admire the ingenuity of sign-makers and how they’re able to make us think. Sometimes it’s intended, with a clever use of pictograms instead of words, or some nice wordplay. Other times we’re just wondering what the hell they were thinking.
No matter what, they got us thinking. That’s not a bad thing.

Great signs. Years ago, somewhere in Asia, I think, I was touring an old palace, when I came to an open field, enclosed by a fence. There was a sign saying “No Trespassing” with a drawing of one man holding a rifle and another lying on the ground. I chose not to trespass.
David Tennant (the 10th Doctor) is married to Georgia Moffett Tennant, the daughter of the fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. For further weirdness, Georgia is the daughter of both. She played Jenny in “The Doctor’s Daughter,” who was the result of the 10th Doctor’s DNA being forcibly taken to make a clone. The two started dating after the episode.
I'm a retiree in his seventies. That may not be significant to many, since there is a bunch of us Baby Boomers around. However, in the year 2,000, when I received a diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma, I expected to be dead in three to five years.

I laughed out loud at the squirrel sign. And the duck! sign was truly inspired.
