Sunday saving (not)

This morning at 2, most of the U.S. switched from Standard Time to Daylight Saving Time. If you’ve followed me for long, you know I’m not a fan. There’s really no good reason to switch time anymore, and as far as I’m concerned, no reason for Daylight Saving (no “s” at the end) Time at all. I’d much prefer that the fall switch back to Standard Time be the last switch, as Standard Time is the healthier of the two (especially for those of us with sleep disorders), according to scientists.

Losing an hour each spring (well, almost spring; DST has gotten longer over the years, making me despise it all the more) is just asking for more sleep disturbances, accidents, and grumpy-ass people like me.

Pets would like a word too … and it’s not a polite word.

It’s not fair!!!!!

  1. As for impolite words, my late father was a Marine Corps veteran of World War Two and I am a Navy veteran. as a result, I know a lot of very impolite words and am immune to profanity and cuss words and any other type of cursing.
