Happy Earth Day. I guess we can afford one day a year to think about our planet’s wellbeing.
Of course, it will conflict with Trump’s Hush Money trial so Earth Day may be a bit Stormy this year.

Even in current fiction, climate is a concern. I’m reading “Toxic Prey,” a novel by John Sandford who usually writes about gory crimes. In this one, Gaia, the notion that the Earth is a fragile, complex system that is becoming unbalanced, takes center stage.

I’m afraid babbie may be right. Earth Day seems always to take a back seat. This year it’s likely to be in the trunk.
