Once again, it’s Valentine’s Day, which means lots of (checks notes) love, hearts, flowers, chocolate … yeah, I’m gettin’ none of that. It’s supposed to snow today into tomorrow, so there’s not going to be much of a celebration. I’ve got chocolate anyway, so I’ll just be my own valentine. I’ll make some chicken, and then settle in for some chocolate and hot cocoa for dessert. And these guys.

Thanks, Cuz; you too. We’ll see, indeed, on those appointments. I was not cheered at all to see it’s not forecast to be above freezing till Friday afternoon. On the bright side, the sun yesterday melted most of the remaining ice on my porch and steps, so as long as we don’t get a mix, Monday shouldn’t be too awful for me … except for the cold. I’m just hoping my grocery delivery comes!
