Last week was no fun, being far colder than I’m comfortable with, especially considering I’m still dealing with a nasty chest cold. The warm-up, though, makes me happy, if tired. All I need now is someone to hug for National Hugging Day. Yep, that’s today.

I’ll try. I actually had to email in sick today because the coughing fits and fever came back. I guess they wanted to wait till after I met with the congressional PR flack yesterday to do it to be considerate. 🙄
