I’m taking a little break, but will be back at it for Sunday’s post. Maybe by then my yard will have been cut (fingers crossed and pray for no more rain till it is because my backyard is a sponge).
Till then, a little funny.

I'm a retiree in his seventies. That may not be significant to many, since there is a bunch of us Baby Boomers around. However, in the year 2,000, when I received a diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma, I expected to be dead in three to five years.

I wheeze laughed, especially at the mashup. I needed a good laugh. I have been too stressed lately, but my portfolio is almost finished. I have minor tweaking to do (not to be confused with twerking), and I’m scheduled to defend on May 4. Whew.

No twerking. Too dangerously stupid. 😉

It wouldn’t take much for me to injure something!! “How did you end up in traction, Sarah?”

For me, just walking is asking for an injury. And not just because I’m clumsy as hell. 🤕

“How did you end up in traction, Sarah?” LOL. That wouldn’t happen to me. However, anyone watching my pitiful and pathetic attempts to dance is likely to lose their sanity first long before they die laughing hysterically.

I live about a mile from the Arkansas River, so my backyard is full of loam. I just sink when I go out there when it’s soggy. It takes about a week for it to dry out after a big rain. We had a couple last week, and we’re supposed to get another this evening. Luckily, Jesse and his son got here today and mowed, so I don’t have to worry about that now. 🙂

I would pay to see that. But from inside. I’ve sneezed enough.
