I'm a retiree in his seventies. That may not be significant to many, since there is a bunch of us Baby Boomers around. However, in the year 2,000, when I received a diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma, I expected to be dead in three to five years.

A friend told me he was driving across the desert late at night, driving a little too fast in a rush to be in time for Easter the next day. He was divorced and wanted to see his young son for the holiday. All of a sudden a jack rabbit ran in front of the car and perished with a thud. My friend, who was tired from the drive, said his first thought was, “I’ve killed the Easter Bunny!”

Loved the bunny compilation. I think bunnies are adorable (when they aren’t eating holes in my lawn. But the bunny fails? Nothing funny about traumatizing kids and laughing about it. Anyway, Happy Easter!

Whadya mean, “slightly,” buddy? I’m fully cracked right now. 🥚🍳

“Fully cracked”? Did the nice young men in the long white coats from the funny farm decide that you were too cracked to be placed in a padded cell and a straitjacket at the funny farm?

My sister has a yard bunny at her house in Waco. This bunny lived next door but tunneled over and never went back. Honey Bun lives with three cats, and they peacefully coexist in the backyard. The bunny gets a cabbage leaf every day along with fresh water and bunny food. I love watching it nibble on the cabbage. Bunnies are so cute!!

Awwww! Bunnies are adorable, at least when they’re content. If they’re house bunnies who are bored, they might just take to chewing on wires every chance they get. My friend Shelley in college was forever having to replace phone cords. She should’ve bought them in bulk. 🐰🤣

Fortunately, Honey Bun stays in the yard. He hops up onto the deck and likes to nibble on my sister’s hibiscus. I had a blast bunny and kitty sitting over Thanksgiving.
