I know, I just shared a video last week, but the video-every-other-Sunday thing is purely my self-imposed schedule, plus I’m tired (again, I really hate “spring forward”), so you get another video. Maybe it’s because I see so much of myself in it. I do love my friends, but people in general are exhausting. Give me my computer and my streaming platforms, plus my iPad and games, and I’m happy.
I just wish Putin and his army were introverts. Same for Trump, Cruz, and Cotton.

That’s the bad thing about introverts. We have lots of great ideas (usually pretty moderate, in my experience), but the way we elect our office-holders means pressing of the flesh … and, ew, people. I like the idea I saw of doing elections like “The Masked Singer,” where everything partisan is hidden and you elect them based on their ideas. At the very least, people would have to actually pay attention.

I suppose we could try thinking. It’s a novel idea.

Catchy tune. I introvert 24/7/365. The joy of retirement and single adulthood.

Same. Except for the retirement part; I still have quite a while to go before I can do that. 😕

Introvert used to be a bad word like it was something you weren’t supposed to be. When I learned that it WASN’T bad, I really saw that’s me. I need alot of quiet time. I wish some of the folks driving by with noisy cars, blaring music, leaf blowers, etc would appreciate this. 😉

Same here. Quiet time is necessary for me to not be cranky. 😏

I’m still trying to figure out what retirement means for me. Things I thought I would want to be involved in, I don’t. Like parish nursing at church. I knew I was burned out – but, I discovered it was even worse than I thought. I even questioned renewing my RN license & finally did – just in time. It’s interesting for sure.

“Thinking”? “Thinking”? What is this “Thinking” you mentioned and why should we try it?

It’s brand-new and as old as time. Too many people have become content to let others, especially on cable “news,” do their thinking for them.
