Between the over-abundance of guest columns and my continuing recovery from the flu/migraine/sinusitis/IBS fun of last week, I decided to take the week off from opining (which by itself will annoy the trolls since they won’t have me to pick on … BWAHAHAHA). Back next week.

Thank you, Fauxcelt, for reacting to my comment. I’ve wondered for a long time if you use Fauxcelt to indicate you act Celtic, even though you are not Celtic, or if it has another meaning.

Many years ago I played piano in a band called the Fauxcelts for a few years. We specialized in playing Irish and Scottish music. Supposedly my ancestors came here from Scotland and Ireland and England and Wales. As a joke I like to tell people that is what’s wrong with me because my ancestry is so mixed.
