Have you ever just been happy NOT to be the person owned by a certain animal?
Those of us with cats, especially rescues, know that they can sometimes be a bit erratic in their moods. I know Luke certainly is; at the moment he’s lying peacefully beside me as I type, but in five minutes he may be racing through the house after a random dust mote.
I’ve never been lucky enough to catch him on camera in full Galloping Goofball mode, but Luna’s person did, and he compiled a bunch of her antics in this video. After you watch it, I’m sure you’ll be happy not to be Luna’s person … he’s got to be exhausted (if just from the laughter)!

I’ve probably seen all of this behavior in one or another of my cats over the years. Most of it, in our family, is lovingly referred to as spazz mode.

For Luke, it’s Galloping Goofball, spaz attack, Gooficus Maximus, etc. When the boy’s wacky, it’s always a good time. 😀

I forgot “The Mousse is loose.” But he seems to have mellowed a bit the last couple of years.

I’m a wee bit tired, obviously. Story of my life … and the boy’s staring at me now because he thinks I’m laughing at him instead of myself. 😀
