Years ago, when I would watch the TV Series, “Profiles in Courage,” there was an eagle soaring around the screen as the credits rolled. My poor cat would try poking it on the screen, then climb over to the back of the TV searching for the eagle.
Written today, Kennedy’s book would have certainly included John McCain.

It most definitely would. McCain was a hero in Vietnam and in his willingness to stand up against despotism.

The Overprotective Pets video reminds me of how over protective my Golden Retriever is. He takes his guard dog duties too seriously sometimes.

Luke was very protective of me when I shattered my humerus, and then several years later when I had the stroke. He didn’t like things that meant I had overnight stays in the hospital.

I tried playing the barking dogs singing Jingle Bells for my dog but he did not react to it at all.

As an example of taking his guard dog duties too seriously, when some friends came over to help me repair the leaky roof on my house, Marlow the Golden Retriever barked and growled at them continuously the whole time they were at the house.
